Who we are and about our brewery...
Keystone Brewery was set up in July 2006 by husband and wife team Alasdair and Charlotte Large, taking the beautiful Fonthill arch as inspiration for the name. They are assisted by Nick Browne, Charlie's brother, who is responsible for the conversion of the Keystone Brewery site and is an experienced publican.
Alasdair is brewing traditional southern English beers of high quality and consistency.
Alasdair Large, The Brewer
Left the army after a 20 years to become a brewer and together with wife, Charlotte set up the Keystone Brewery.
Charlotte (Charlie) Large, Sales and Marketing
An upholsterer who has 10 years rural and agricultural sales and marketing experience.
Nick Browne, Solar and building consultant
A local builder responsible for the conversion of The Old Carpenters Workshop to a brewery. Also a CAMRA award winning publican with 10 years experience.
